Welcome to the 100-Day Self-Love Journey

Self-love is not something you do—it’s a practice. And before you can become the expert you need to practice loving yourself until it becomes your nature. The beauty about life is that you can choose to reinvent yourself at any moment! So if you ever loose yourself and feel out of sorts, this plan will help you reconnect with self.  

How it works

  • Each day features a dedicated activity aimed at enhancing self-awareness, gratitude, and resilience.

  • In addition to the main activity there will be daily activities that optional BUT highly recommended to enhance your experience and create new habits.

  • Each week has a bonus weekly activity which is optional.

Feeling Lost and Disconnected
  • This plan will help you tune into your own intuition so you can make better decisions for yourself.
Burnout and Neglecting Self-Care
  • This journey will help to restore balance in your world so that you can make time to take care of yourself.
Negative Talk and Lack of Self-Compassion
  • This journey will eliminate negative self-talk and teach you about self-compassion and speaking life into yourself.
Low Self-Worth and Confidence
  • Follow this plan to rebuild your confidence and self-worth by making self-love a daily practice and creating healthy habits like excersize.
Difficulty Setting Boundaries
  • This journey is all about self-prioritization and taking control of your life no more people pleasing.
Struggles with Emotional Resilience
  • On this journey you will learn how to cope gracefully with life's inevitable challenges and turn failures into lessons.
Desire for Growth & Transformation
  • This journey will encourage you to trust your intuition and BECOME the best version of yourself.

  • With so much going on around us— all these influencers, the media trying to persuade our thoughts— sometimes we lose ourselves in the process. This plan will help you cut out the noise, and listen your own voice.

  • Busy, busy, busy. And if we’re not busy and we see other people being busy, all of a sudden we think we’re not doing enough! This only leads to physical and emotional burnout. This plan will help you restore balance.

  • Why do we say things to ourselves that we would never say to someone else? Harsh self-criticism is toxic. This journey will shut that inner critic down and show you the way to self-compassion and speaking life into yourself.
