Day 1: Write Yourself a Love Letter

Instructions: Sit down in a quiet, comfortable space. Using pen and paper, or your favorite digital tool, write a heartfelt love letter to yourself. Focus on acknowledging your strengths, celebrating your uniqueness, and expressing gratitude for who you are. Let this letter be a reminder of the love and kindness you deserve from yourself every day.

Week 1:

Daily Mantra:
  • I am worthy of love and respect.

Daily Practices:

These daily practices never change and are a bonus to the main activity. These small, consistent actions will help you build a foundation throughout your journey that will become a healthy habbit.

The most important daily practice is: Exercise & Hydration! – If you can’t do any of the others, make sure you do this one as it will help to boost your confidence and keep stress levels low.

If you have the energy to commit to all of these extra daily activities then do it! And if you don’t, ITS OKAY!! Maybe you can’t commit during the first week, maybe you can only do one extra daily activity. That is perfectly fine! Remember whatever you can do – IS ENOUGH!

1. Morning Meditation
  • Start your day with a 10-minute meditation, either using the daily mantra or a morning meditation video. Make this the first thing you do—before brushing your teeth or checking your phone. It will set the tone for the day.
2. Exercise & Hydration
  • 15 minutes (or more) different activity each day. Choose something you will enjoy and just do it! You'll be surprised how fast it goes by.
  • Drink 8 glasses of water each day.
3. Mantra Lines
  • Write the daily mantra 25 times. Just like writing lines in school, it helps reinforce the message psychologically. If you're feeling badass do 100!
4. Gratitude Journal
  • Take 5 minutes each day to write down three things you're grateful for.
5. Self-Care
  • Take at least 10 minutes for self-care (e.g., skincare, reading a book, deep breathing).
6. Reflection
  • End your day by reflecting on your self-love progress. It's also helpful to fall asleep to affirmation or sleep meditation videos that will infuse positive energy into your subconscious.

  • Gratitude Journal: Take 5 minutes to write down three things you're grateful for.
  • Self-Care: Take at least 10 minutes for self-care (e.g., skincare, meditation, deep breathing).
  • Hydration: Drink at least 8 glasses of water. Reflection: End your day by reflecting on your self-love progress.
